HVAC Sales Engineer Slovakia (Bratislava and Western Slovakia)

Humpolec, Kraj Vysočina, Czechia | Full-time | Fully remote

The Role and Main Responsibilities

  • Identifying, developing and deliver new and existing business opportunities within the IMI HE HVAC.
  • Promoting IMI HE brand by working with the customers in Bratislava and Western Slovakia.
  • Producing and implementing a robust and sustainable business strategy to demonstrate year on year growth.
  • Ability to manage structured sales networks.
  • Setting, negotiating and implementing all agreed terms and conditions with the distribution/client network.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the region and convert into orders.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and margins.
  • Working, liaising and communicating with all other departments within IMI HE to develop and drive the business growth.
  • Provide the main source of expertise to the company on business development issues in relation to the region and its key customers.
  • Update the company Salesforce system with all information on the sales region which includes customers, orders and projects.
  • Maintain all required records of sales and other relevant information.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  • Support the Head of Sales to report performance, business growth, aims, goals and objectives and other reports back to the shareholder.
  • Follow the Company’s and Group’s internal and external procedures and particularly its compliance policy.
  • Conducting technical trainings and presentations for clients, designers and contractors to increase awareness of IMI products and solutions.
  • Carry out any such other duties that may reasonably be requested.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5 years of solid project sales and commercial experience in similar HVAC environment
  • Proven track record of sales budget responsibilities
  • Ability to build an understanding of the customer’s business, industry and commercial environment
  • Competent level of knowledge of engineering & technology principles and practices
  • Ability to manage sales activity and help with input of correct sales forecasting
  • Driving license to perform frequent business travels within your region.
  • High level of computer literacy e.g. MS Office
  • Slovak language  - native
  • Written & spoken English – min B1 level
  • "Can do" attitude and proactive approach to performing duties.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Independence and commitment to assigned duties.
  • Place of residence Bratislava or Western Slovakia.

  3. Online MS Teams interview – hiring manager and HR Business Partner (60 min).
  4. The two best candidates will meet in person with their future manager (45-60 min).
